We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Reservations & Refund Policy
If in the case of an appointment cancellation, we require a notice of at least 24 hours before the scheduled date. No show will not be granted a refund.
For beauty products, they should not be damaged or used to be eligible for return/exchange. If faults were found upon the revision of the product, we will exchange it for a new item. This will depend upon the decision of the customer.
